Letaba lab is a SANAS accredited civils engineering laboratory.
We are looking for a competent Logistics Coordinator to oversee and facilitate the call out operations of our Laboratory from our head offices in Nelspruit. You will be the one to coordinate procedures allowing for maximum efficiency of staff and resources.
Responsibilities
•Coordinate and Manage daily routes/schedules/staff and resources
•Tracking progress and liaising with clients
•Managing the sample tracking system and turnaround times
•Prepare quotes and generate invoices
•Clients follow up and satisfaction surveys
•Prepare accurate reports for upper management
Requirements
•Proven experience as logistics coordinator
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Experience in customer service will be appreciated
•Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
•Computer-savvy with a working knowledge
•Knowledge of civil field will be an advantage
•Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
•Basic working knowledge of Pastel
